Natural Connections Photo Workshops: Spreading the Joy of Photography Through Education and Travel.

___________

We at Natural Connections Photo Workshops have two passions:

1.     Photography, and

2.     Our Students

At Natural Connections Photo Workshops our workshops are developed with these two passions in mind.  Our first goal is to provide our participants the opportunity to visit and photograph in some of our country's most photogenic locations.  Our second goal is to make sure that every participant leaves their workshop with more knowledge of photography than when they arrived.  And a third goal, to have FUN while accomplishing the first two goals.

What makes us different from other workshop groups?  The answer, plain and simple - it is all about you - the Participant.

  1. Low student to teacher ratios and a participant maximum for each workshop - We will never have more than 7 students per instructor.  This means your workshop will not have more than 14 participants - not the 20 - 30 participants some companies allow.  This enables each participant to spend one-on-one time with an experienced and knowledgeable instructor who can answer his or her specific questions.

  2. Affordability - Our workshop tuition is 30-50% less than other comparable workshop companies out there.  But the real value is that we don't compromise on quality.  You get two extremely talented instructors whose only job is to teach you in the classroom and in the field - for 5 days.

  3. Our instructors aren't just tour leaders - they are photography INSTRUCTORS.  Some workshop tours take you to a location and then just let you go.  Not so with Natural Connections Photo Workshops. Our instructors not only instruct in the classroom, but they instruct in the field as well.  This is part of our two-step approach.  You learn in the classroom and then implement in the field.  There is no better way to learn photography.

  4. Pre-Scouted Locations - Your first time there will NOT be our first time there.  Workshops give you the most for your money when the instructors have pre-scouted the area and know exactly where to take you at exactly the right time.  After all, that is the entire point of what we do.

  5. Our instructors do not photograph during workshops.  Some of the stories we have heard about instructors photographing during their workshops are simply unfathomable.  This will not happen with Natural Connections Photo Workshops.

  6. We have FUN!  All of our instructors are not only great photographers and teachers, but they are great people as well.  Our motto is:  If something is worth doing, then it is worth having fun while doing it.
